True Lemon not only stands for true taste, but true convenience as well.  These all-natural, delicious-tasting True Lemon products can be used for everything from flavoring water or other beverages to cooking and baking and seasoning.  They come in convenient pre-measured packs which makes storage and carrying some with you a cinch.

Don’t be fooled by the name though, lemon is not the only flavor they make! There is also True Lime, True Orange and True Grapefruit.  Each of these products are made from the real thing, 100% all-natural fruit, no artificial flavoring or additives and no preservatives!

These little packets of pure, true lemon flavor can be used for cooking, baking and beverages.  Each one has 0 calories, 0 sugars and is unsweetened.  They are perfect for use in hot beverages like tea, to use in recipes in place of lemon juice, in sodas and so much more.  There are some simple conversions on the back of the box which makes measuring a cinch.

   

True Lemon Crystalized Lemon Flavoring

This seasoning bottle of True Lemon is made from pure, fresh lemons cold-pressed and crystalized with no added  preservatives and is gluten-free.  One bottle is equivalent to 15 lemons.  This crystalized lemon flavoring can be used in baking or cooking where ever fresh lemons or lemon juice is needed, or you can sprinkle it on meat or fish, vegetables and more.

True Orange for Water

These little packets of pure, true orange flavor contain enough mix for an 8 ounce bottle of water. Each one has 0 calories, 0 sugars and is unsweetened. They are perfect for use in hot beverages like tea, to use in recipes in place of orange juice, in sodas and so much more.  Just add a pack to a bottle of water, shake or stir, and you have a delicious citrus flavored water.

True Grapefruit for Water

These little packets of pure, true grapefruit flavor contain enough mix for an 8 ounce bottle of water. Each one has 0 calories, 0 sugars and is unsweetened. They are perfect for use in hot beverages like tea, to use in recipes in place of lime juice, in sodas and so much more.  All you do is add the packet to your water, shake or stir, and you are good to go!

  

True Lemon Ice Tea Drink

Made from fresh lemons and premium black tea, these packs contain enough mix to make 12 quarts of lemony ice tea.  Only 5 calories per serving this all natural lemon tea mix with a bit of organic cane juice and pure, all-natural Stevia added for a hint of sweetness.

     

True Lemonade Drink Mix

Each convenient drink mix pack contains enough crystallized lemon to flavor one 16 ounce bottle of water.  The mix is made from fresh lemons and has a bit of the all-natural sweetener, Stevia, for a touch of sweetness.  Just add a pack to your water, shake or stir, and you are good to go!  Tastes just like fresh-squeezed lemonade!

   

True Raspberry Lemonade Drink Mix

Comes in convenient-sized packs which provide enough mix for a 16 ounce bottle of water.  It’s the original True Lemon mix with the fresh taste of raspberries and a touch of Stevia for a bit of added sweetness. There is only 1 gram of sugars per pack, 5 calories and 0 grams of fat.

       

My Opinion on True Lemon Products

Having used these products both in beverages and food cooking and baking, I can honestly say, I love them!  Not only are they all-natural, but they are extremely easy to use and easy to store!  You don’t have to worry about keeping anything refrigerated after opening, nor worry about it going bad after just a few days like fresh fruit tends to do.  Plus, they all taste great!

Even when you use the products in cooking and baking, it tastes just like you are using fresh-squeezed juice!  I find that I like using True Lemon better than the bottled lemon juices you find at the store. I also like how it is pre-measured in easy-to-use packets, and you can easily look on the back of the box to see how many packets to use in order to equal a certain amount.

I definitely recommend all of these products to anyone who enjoys the taste of fresh citrus as flavoring.

Shrimp Scampi (serves 4)

Ingredients
3 or 4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound uncooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
8 packets True Lemon for Cooking, Baking & Beverages
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
Hot, cooked Angel Hair pasta
Directions
In a 10” oven-proof skillet, sauté garlic in the butter and oil for 1 minute
Stir in shrimp, pepper, oregano and True Lemon
Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink
Sprinkle with the cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley
Broil 6” from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until topping turns golden brown.
Serve with pasta
